About the Game
Star Ninja is a ricochet game where you bounce throwing stars to knock out all the pirates in order to
proceed to the next level.
Help the Star Ninja in the eternal battle between the Ninjas and the Pirates!
Your mission is to knock out all the pirates while they taunt you and each other.
Throwing stars will bounce around the scene, ricocheting off some objects,
sticking to others, sometimes causing explosions and always fun to watch!
You just never know how a level will play out as pirates are flung about in
comical ways when they react to throwing stars, objects and explosions.
Summary of Contributions
I remastered Star Ninja, a 2D platformer game built with Unity and published
to iOS and Android. Responsibilities included game architecture, 50 levels of physics puzzles,
4 game modes, leaderboards, achievements, ragdolls, and shaders.
Main Features:
In-game tutorials instructing the player on how to place targeting reticle and throw stars.
4 modes of play:
Focus - Limited number of stars. Play smart!
Frenzy - Unlimited stars, time based. Play fast for high score!
Campaign - Score based on stars required to complete 50 levels.
Speed Run - Score based on time required to complete 50 levels.
